    Gully99 has her cloak , power drain and Regen
    While IMIW has auto block , Super high Armour rating and power gain
    They both can be very annoying at times (especially in BGs where you might not have the perfect counter) , so I am confused about ranking them up.

    The best answer is - both! It’s tough call. I have both as maxed 4* only and both have very good uses. I lean slightly to IMIW, only because I’m biased. He was my very 1st 2* and very 1st 4* and carried me a ton when started playing. Auto-Block is sweet and he’s a tank armour wise. I wish he regenerated though. That aspect is why Gully 99 is so useful and might be better call. I’d still lean IMIW though. Side note - Can Kabam please update IMIW to regenerate some…
