Galan - Bug or Intended interaction ??

Galan is supposed to be POWER DRAIN immune at all times. However as an attacker he was losing power due to this Energy Actuator node in incursions.
The node specifies "power drain" which implies Galan should be unaffected by this.

Good luck getting a response or acknowledgement from Kabam on a bug with Galan. There have been so many people asking since he came out why he applies his DOT on SP2 on activation regardless of if it makes contact when it clearly specifies on hit in the description unlike other parts of the SP1 and SP2 that clearly specify on activation.

Either the description is wrong or the ability is bugged but no one from Kabam will respond to any post that has been made in either the General or Bug forum since release.

He also can’t get power locked or special locked so it’s definitely a bug.

Some nodes don’t interact in alignment with the callout. I can never remember if it’s matador or power struggle, but one features a power drain callout, but it applies over immunity.
