Why is Valkyrie metal?

Genuine question as I'm confused. Gwenpool, Blade, Elsa, BWDO, Nick fury etc. all skill champs that have metal weapons but are not considered metal.

And yes, I get it's because that is what our Kabam overlords have chosen, but it's just kinda stupid lmao.

Does she though? It’s mostly fabric with some metal decorations. And nick fury has a belt so should he be metal then?

Belt can be easily removed & the amount of metal in a belt is quite low
Compared to that Valkyrie has a lot of metallic elements in her entire outfit from top to bottom

Valkyrie also has metal beads in her hair
And something about her personality tells me she probably won't ruin her hairdo in the middle of a fight even if it makes her susceptible to magnetism

Magneto really needs the continued assist. If nearly a third (and growing) of the champs in the game, and almost the entire tech class aren't #metal, what value would he have? He'd be left with only massive burst damage, powerful debuffs, bleed and shock resistance, and damage reduction via sig ability! So, pretty much nothing of interest. He'd basically be Groot with a helmet.

Unfortunelly i agree with you, i would like the game to follow some logic, but we will be back to those old dillemas such why isnt Iceman coldsnap immune or why Angela and Psylocke swords doesnt cause bleed?

And the answer for all those questions, including yours is: Because it is, or because Kabam wants. No logic needed

It isn't this. There are also champs with metal armor that are NOT metal. IE Herc & Terrax. Hence it doesn't make sense.
