Bought a greater banquet crystal but disappeared

I bought a greater banquet crystal 40 minutes ago but it didn't come in to be' spinned or opened and even after restarting the game it was not there! In fact Igot 3000 points to buy it but not 1000 ti open it plus I miss the rewards.
