Stuck in quest due to kabam support

I have had a recent inquiry in kabam support (I won’t go into too much detail) but I was told to restart the quest and they will take action on there end to put me back where I needed to be. This was 3 days ago. I have been in this quest. Waiting. To be put back. For 3 days. I do commemorate kabam for their support as it is very helpful but this is really winding me up. I know it’s holiday season but ive had a reply on telling me what steps to take and 2 days later I hear nothing back and I’m still at the beginning of the quest despite having to restart towards the end. This post WILL get deleted and yes that’s fine I would just like the acknowledgment.

    You were already told that support was closed yesterday for the holiday as well as you know that you aren't the only person to contact support. Yet you create new thread.

    They literally said in that same post they’ll be back in tomorrow, being today, so what’s your point?

    To be fair it’s only 10 am
    Oh yeah. I always forget it’s completely different time zone. It’s 6:30pm here. I didn’t think about that. Whoops
