Where Do I go to find the feedback from my Content Creator Program submission form?

Hello, I have come on here just to ask where I can find or look forward to finding the feedback from my google forum Content Creator Program submission. Will I receive a message through the email address I have put in the survey that I submitted or will I find the feedback from the survey elsewhere? I just wanted to ask so I can know where to look forward to finding the feedback, Thanks!

Most likely through your mail since it’s a google form. They’ll probably let you know there if you’ve been accepted or not.
