Defender Diversity

Hey guys, is Defender Diversity calculated as 50 unique champs in a BG(i.e 50 unique champs overall) or 150 unique champs overall? I'm quite confused.

It is by battlegroup. Each battlegroup needs 50 unique defenders, but they can be identical to the defenders in another battlegroup.
