Wiccan bug -can't recreate Shield after duplicating it with SP1

So, here's a bug for Wiccan - please respond below if you do/don't see it on your devices.
The problem I'm experiencing is that when I duplicate his Shield spell with an SP1 (which generates an extended-duration copy of the last spell cast), it somehow prevents you reactivating Shield for the rest of the fight thereafter. You can see this in the video below; or recreate it yourself very easily:

This doesn't happen with the other Spells (Torch, Silence, Arcane Theft). It's only Shield, and only happens after it's been duplicated by an SP1. If you cast 2-3 Shields the usual way, that's no problem.
Still, it's a bit of a pain in longer fights, especially if you're trying to use the utility Shield provides for you, to block otherwise Unblockable Cosmic opponents. It'd be great to have this looked at, please.
