Is Rintrah worth a Generic AG

So I still have 2 generic AGs left and was wondering if I should put one into Rintrah. I just took him to rank 3.
I don’t have any sigs for him for a while as I just took rank 4 Hercules to sig 200 and my rank 4 overseer is next.

    I heard the sweet spot for Rintrah is around 60, so not too much sig investment there.

    If I could unsig him, I would. His sig lets him get more power and I find that it's too hard to build ruptures without overshooting and getting to sp3.
