BG glitches

Any update on when and if you’re planning on fixing the BG glitch where I accept one match, it glitches and I don’t get a fight for a minute. So I search for another one, get in, draft, end the first fight then it REglitches, KICKS me out of the match I was in, calling it a “forfeit” (there goes medallion one) and then I’m stuck on another random match with god knows who with a draft I COULDN’T DO because I wasn’t even in the match when it started (again, because I was in another BG match) which in turn made me loose my second medallion in 2 minutes? Or are you going to pretend it never existed much like the wish crystal?
