No wifi No game

So i have a problem that if I dont use wifi i wont be able to log into game or do anything. Is there a way for the game to use my phone data,cause i cant play the game outside my house and it annoys me.

    I think it is something to do with your device.
    Maybe go to settings and see if the device allows the game to use data.
    Or maybe a game booster that you use?
    This does not seem like something the game can do anything about.

    It can also be caused by a firewall on your phone. If you use any, you could exam MCOC from being blocked.
