Who is a good champ to use the Scarlet Witch Relic on?

Curious who people are using Scarlet Witch on and how does it help exactly? Seems like there is only like 2 or 3 champs that can benefit from her if I'm reading it right.

Haven't attached it to anyone but it should benefit many more mystics than the 3 they suggest. Just read the rune descriptions.

There just isn't that much info yet out there...

I'm wondering if I test it out how much does it cost to unbind/rebind?

I currently have a 4* witch equipped to my 6* Sorc Supreme, and planning to take her to r3 soon enough. She's currently #3 in line for mystic rank ups though, so that will take a while.

BWCV, Sassy, doom, technically any of the options works, if you take block hits, parry, or hit passed a bar a power you get the prowess. you might be reading it wrong lol

To me it reads like the champs have to have a blessing ability to benefit like only the sorcerer champs. Both runes say activating a blessing do so and so. Are we reading the same relic? lol
