Gauntlet in 2023: new champs = new counters

Thought I would make this thread to get a discussion started on what new counters entered the game/best new options for the gauntlet. I realise there was a thread about this yesterday but very few people were really strategising, it was more about new carina's challanges and the gauntlet (which won't be tied to eachother btw).
For example I think valk could be good for doom, modok, thing, dragon man, bpcw and apoc. Maybe also weapon x.
Anyway post your insights/best possible teams below!
