Neutralize fixed? I'm not sure

Used both Tigra + Rintrah today in BGs and enemy still getting amour up after 10 charges even though neutralized.

The fix was to reset the charges and that is happening as it should now. If you hit into the opponent when neutralize is not active at 9 charges then the armor will proc and then the neutralize will proc.
On the other hand if the opponent is immune AAR or has increased AAR the buff will still proc.

Yesterday I updated, and used Rintrah on attack. I definitely had Neutralize up when at 9 hits, and when I hit again at 10 hits the Armor buff still popped up on the defender.
I don't remember exactly who I was fighting, but it might have been Sasquatch.

I think the problem is, when he is at 9 charges and u atack the enemy, he gets armor buff even tough that 9th hit applied neutralize, which is completly bs imo, ive taken a lot of damage using Tigra cause of this

It's not bs. It's because the neutralize applies on hit and armour triggers afterwards.

It's not bs. It's because the neutralize applies on hit and armour triggers afterwards.

If they have a neutralize on and you hit them after 9 hits, the armor is not supposed to pop up, that’s the intention behind neutralize, stop the buff from triggering
