Few questions about relics

Hi,
I really don't line the addition of Relics but I still have a few questions \ requests:

1. When you release a new relic can you please add it to the "spotlight" thread in the forum, with developer notes etc... I think it will help understanding it a bit better, and also a place to ask a specific question about each one.

2. Antman relics: It says "the last hit inflict Power sting...".
Is it last hit by the striker?
Does it suppose to inflict power sting even if the champion doesn't have power sting in his kit?
I've tried it with champs like Tatiana and Overseer and I don't think I've notice a power sting. Also in the "recommended champion" I see only champs that have power sting in their basic champs...

3. Vision relic: It says "Whenever a smothered opponent heals while heal blocked..."
Is it only heal block buff \ passive? or also other variations of heal block \ modifications like Warlock infection and Guillotine 2099 Spectre debuff (sp2)
Is it relevant also if the heal block is triggered by a node or something like the AW global tactic "sick and tried"
In the "recommended champion" you mentioned Ultron but I don't remember Ultron has any type of heal block (or is it because of his synergy with Vision \ HB?)

To answer one of your questions though: when it says the last hit inflicts power sting, which is the main relic ability, I believe it is referring to the last hit by the striker.

My question is very similar: when the rune on the relic says “Inflicting a power sting debuff inflicts a taunt debuff.” I think it means only the power sting inflicted by the relic (because it doesn’t seem to trigger with my Scorpion). It’s confusing since the language is very general (not specifying the relic inflicting the debuff like the main ability).

Is this working as intended?

Scorpion technically doesn’t have a power sting ability. While his ability has an identical effect, it’s just a “sting” and not a power sting. Works the same way for him in incursions with the power sting hacks.

Yeah scorpion doesn’t inflict power sting effects, he just does direct damage for each of his DoTs on the opponent when they use a special. It’s power sting-ish but not actually a power sting effect technically.
For the vision relic, spectre effects like guilly 2099 or anyone with definitely won’t trigger it as those are heal rate modifiers, not heal blocks; not sure about Warlock but it should work with passives like the one Mysterio inflicts with light combo enders

Id like 2 more relics.

A. An immunity relic which gives a champ a specific immunity. For example an omega red immunity relic can give poison immunity (or for 30/60/90 seconds)

B. A specials relic which launches the relics sp1. For example, add on hyperion special relic, when we press the button he does his sp1 which can apply incinerate.

OMG this would actually be decent - giving MS poison immunity so she doesn't have to finish the fight with an SP3 to gain the soul (NF+DP not always possible) would be awesome.

Also like maybe giving a champ an evade charge, like the NF+Quake synergy?

That kind of thing would be legit, borrowing synergies but actually needing the synergy members themselves could create some super interesting situations and make lesser used champs viable.
