Received wrong amount of Gauntlet Keys

I only received 1 Gauntlet Key but I only completed the Gauntlet once. Entered a couple of times when it returned to practice some fights but only went as far as about Terrax. Put in a support ticket but they essentially said that I received the right amount of keys and there was nothing further they could do. Hoping @Kabam Zibiit can help. I did receive one key just to be clear.

    I reached Thronebreaker just before they added the keys to completion of act 6. Received no keys for gauntlet, didn’t receive inventory increase for items such as T6B and T3A ( have one of each in the overflow). Very dissapointing

    Yes I did submit a ticket to kabam
