Ragnarok arena 3* rewards not given

in Bugs and Known Issues
The game is stuck at calculating results screen , for quite some time(~10 mins) is this a server issue ,will i get my rewards?

    You only get your rewards 2/3 hours after the arena ends. It was always like that
