Kabam is this a joke

I didn't recieve the solo banquet reward during the time and now when I recieved it finally it's wrong only 1 3*relic crystal it's frustrating for the amount of time I gave to it

This is a correction to missing rewards sent out for a specific reward bracket.

If you didn't get your rewards, you need to contact support. All rewards were sent out a long time ago.

@Kabam Jax I was in the bracket that didn't get the correct rewards and have not yet gotten the correction mail I see above. What is the timeframe for when they should all have been received so I don't waste Support's time by filing a ticket to ask about it while they may still be going out?

I know your pain. Last BG season I grinded all the way until Gold 1, and I got no rewards whatsoever. Now I'm never doing BG again

Which rewards are you referring to? The solo event rewards or the rewards with all the trophy tokens?
