Scarlet witch (classic) 6* basic pool

Hey just wondering when Scarlet witch classic will be added to the basic 6* pool? Is it once the 6* feature crystal switches or is there a specific date?

It is likely when the current featured is done. That was the case when they introduced 6* Starky, Voodoo and Blade.
