Beyond the cost to translate it they also said it takes more time and money because they have to redesign parts of the interface/screen sometimes because different languages have different lengths for words and some may be longer than English and not fit correctly and other issues like that that we don't really think about most of the time. They said they didn't have enough players using certain languages (spending enough I assume) to be able to justify the cost and extra time it would take each time they release new content or create new parts of the game with different interfaces.

I am not minimizing your issue/request at all and absolutely recognize it must be a struggle to play in a non-native language. I am frustrated with the imprecision and inconsistencies in ability/node descriptions in English so I can only imagine how much worse it is for you when filtered through translation or just not being your native language.

I was just providing you with information related to what you posted based on what Kabam said in the previous example I mentioned.

It also isn't a matter of anyone saying people who speak certain languages are not spending any money at all, it is an issue of it not being enough to offset the cost in money and time to do all the different translations. The bottom line is, they provide the game in as many languages as are financially and reasonably possible. Unfortunately, it's not possible to provide it in every language of the world.
