In alliance war, can I use galan to make somebody else’s Hercules a herald?

White mags can place a prefight for a teammate. So can mr fantastic. I’m leaning towards yes, but kabam can be inconsistent, so I thought I’d ask first.

His preflight says that the next cosmic besides Galan to enter the fight gains the abilities. The text reads the same as any other prefight that can be used by other champs (wags, apoc, war machine) and they all work like you are asking. So yes, it should work.

Can't confirm but I at least agree with your train of thought. Seems to me like at least that it is supposed to work that way
