How can we stop the pop ip

went to hit screen and cause you had offer pop up as o was touching screen it purchased it i dont even know where my 1200 units purchased im beyond pissed so why dont you let us opt out of your pop up offersits [dookie] im now out what nearly $50 for something i dont what was purchaed

    Don’t use anything you accidentally purchased and submit a ticket. Generally if it’s the first time it’s happened they will refund your units and remove the offer.

    Open a support ticket. They probably can undo it.

    i dont even know what it purchased its like i went to tap something it suddenly popped ip and was gone poof i think it was sonething to do with those T4 class cats but i have no use for them just having one of those night blocks not working now this im do e for the night

    I've always found it annoying that if you don't want a useless offer you have to click multiple times to make sure that you really, really don't want it and they make sure that you remember that you only have x amount of time to change your mind and get the useless offer, but if you accidentally click the other button you just bought it.
