Is Stealth Spidey worth to r4?

He's great but I wish his debuffs would also work on mutants even w a reduced duration since he's reliant on Scorpion synergy for refreshing them anyway.

    The debuffs do apply to mutants. I think he’s an amazing choice for r4. I love my r3, and am highly considering him as my first skill r4.

    the only one that wouldn't work on mutants would be his Slow debuff which he specifically also uses to combat Miss. I guess that's annoying for a few matchups but I don't think is enough to not take him to R4 if you otherwise would be. I probably wouldn't myself cuz he's a little squishy but still a really good champ.
