How to fight Thing with average champs?

Hey I've lost too many arena rounds at this point to running into Thing without some kind of bleed. So how does kabam expect me to fight Thing with an average champion? Because to me it looks like they want me to hit him to 15, and then spend an eternity hitting him once and then waiting for the 16th rock stack to go away. There has to be a way to deal with him that isn't just anti fun.

Once he gets to 15, you have to bait a special. Once thing uses special, it'll reset rock stacks to zero. You can also hit him when he's blocking to build his power if you need to get him a bar when he has 15. Now for me, it's also more difficult using a bleeder cause the stacks get all wonky. Or ignore all this & use falcon while locked on

Thing is basically unbeatable. He is literally my number 1 mcoc fear. Whenever I see a Thing, I just focus on winning the other 2 fights

Is that AT 15 or above like triggering his unstoppable

He's not that hard... When he's at 15 or above and he throws a special attack, he converts them to furies and they reset

You want to get him to 15 rock stacks and then bait a special attack... if he's blocking, you can hit into his block and his stacks will go to 20 but wont trigger unstoppable... so in closing... get him to 15 rock stacks, and bait special...

if for whatever reason he's not got a bar of power, you need to dance around and wait for him to block, and hit only into his block until he has a bar of power and uses it..

Once he uses special attack, he loses all his stock stacks

Ok thank you, and the first guy very much. Like I read his abilities, I just have a hard time making sense of it all in my brain in real time.
