Who to awaken

Hey guys I have 1 tech and 1 generic awaken gem who should I awaken??

Probably ghost, but none of these champs need it. The ones that do need high sig

I was planning on using my tech one on ghost but have no idea about the generic and I do have enough to sig up to 70 any champ so any suggestions?
