    Stryfe reduces incoming damage taken by 100%, u inflicting Electro with shock increase his static shock damage +15%. Electro damage back is 100%+15%-100% u are still taking 15% damage as static shock for each shock on Electro.
    Its not a bug. 100% reduced incoming damage not equal to immune to incoming damage.
