I just pulled him and duped him as 4*. Is he worth ranking? Why?
(I have 5* Hawkeye who I'm focusing on. Trying to get past 5.1.6)

Focus on 5 stars if you can. Only rank a 4 star if you need them to get past a block, such as a boss or node combination.

Edit: An a 4 star Kingpin won't help you for the collector. You'll revive thru that fight.
