Raise level cap/mastery points

If you raised the level Cap by 10 we can use xp boost that are expiring and we get more energy plus give us 5 extra mastery points to use for our masteries would benefit us greatly I think its time we get a upgrade.

    Levels should just be integrated with the journey to cav honestly.

    Maybe a hot take but XP should no longer exist…
