How does Juggs dmg reduction work?

I decided to flip on liquid courage with my juggs but I was still losing health with maxed recovery and willpower. I thought that it would be net positive because his 25 percent dmg reduction.

    what content were you doing? Was there a chance that the despair mastery or some other healing reduction was at play.

    No I was just fighting a tigra in duel and I wasn't running despair

    Wouldn't surprise me if it was bugged. I felt like the same thing was happening to me when I was running Juggs only for EoP. You definitely didn't have any boosts active right?

    Did you use suicide setup for the juggs only run ?
