    His flare state is removed when inflicted with shock and therefore he is unable to apply incinerates, don’t remember this interaction before but it is working like that at the moment

    He inflicts 1 incinerate per 1 solar charge. No solar charges = no incinerates. Getting shocked removes solar charges.

    Check vedio he have 70 solar charge
