Who to awaken ?

Kitty becomes one of the best champions in the entire game awakened.

AA still does the same damage not awakened, just without the ability shut down. AA is also completely shut down with poison and/or bleed immunity.

I have both awakened and both R4, but Kitty would be my choice.
