Which is Easier: Abyss Explore or EOP Carina's Challenges?

I'm thinking of doing either an Abyss exploration run or the Volume 3 EOP Carina challenges in the near future as I want to get an Abyss Nexus Crystal and AGs. Which do you think is the easier option to go for if you had to choose?

    Might depend on what is harder for you. Abyss fights take a really long time compared to EOP because of the health pool, but EOP fights can be harder with the nodes and specific Carina challenges since it limits your roster.

    If you have Herc, then I'd say EoP is easier since he can handle the first four fights. If not, then I'd say it's roster dependent. If that's equal, then Carina's volume 3 since it's shorter and the rewards are better.

    EoP is FAR faster but Abyss (outside the Collector) is FAR easier, but they both can be pretty item intensive just for different reasons

    abyss is out dated. eop's reward is best for now
