It reduces ability accuracy of buffs by you and opponent, cause it's the opponents ability that gives unstoppable

to clarify, it only reduces ability accuracy of the opponent’s buffs, regardless of which champ they apply to. Since the node places the unstoppable that’s coming from the defender and is susceptible to AAR
