Skill r5 gem question

I just got a skill r5 gem from carinas and I have no idea who to use it on. It's my least favorite class but hey least I'll have a r5. Any suggestions who?

    I’d choose nick, kingpin, or Valkyrie. More out there choices would be BP, masacre, and moleman. Shang is busted at r4 imo

    Any of the above champs you mentioned would be good options. I’d personally give it to a champ you use the most across the game.
