I don't know why are you guys so ignorant. Why so much time to get things correct. Its frustrating spending so much time on this game and end up losing like this.. This is probably 9th time iam losing another BG after winning 2 in a row.

I’m having to force close my game during the draft because it’s freezing after my opponent selects their champs. Several matches now I’ve had to fight with auto drafted champions.
It would be good if the mods could at least acknowledge these problems.

U should learn the meaning of words before u use them...
U wanna ask for compensation go ahead.. but shutting it down just cause u don't like it?..
I play friendlies.. play tournament inside the alliance family...i have fun in those ... Why should it completely shut down ?
Do you chose to play a mode even if you knew there were cheaters? Yes
Why that makes your complaints about cheaters valid (which they are) but others complaints about BGs being bugged invalid?
Where is the difference?
Do you even read what others write and say, before getting carried away and comment on everyones post ?
I hv been playing this game for over 6 years. Things earlier have been stopped , rectified and reopened again.
Just as you mentioned in your November post - what about all the energy refills, victory shield etc which we have used ? Aren't they getting wasted due to bugs ? If i lose on my bad playing skills i don't have any issue. But if i lose just coz of bugs that hurts
The difference? I was asking for compensation due to cheating, you are asking for a game mode to shut down... People have put time regardless of a bug to climb up.. that time would be wasted along with the one wasted on bugs... Its your choice to play it or not.
Last meta it happen after 2-3 games so after struggling a lot I somehow managed to place myself in vibranium but this season it's just impossible to play as it occurs literally every single game,stuck in bronze..
Have raised so many tickets since last month but the reply is we are investigating. Any details of a confirmed bug could be announced on our forums, included in update notes on our blog, and delivered to your in-game mail.
How much time Kabam just give us a timeline.
It's frustrating to see that your competition with less skill are moving and progressing and you are stuck like a dumb..
Is more then a month is not enough to fix this...
I even try to play with my wife mobile installed the game but still no improvement .
Just feel like smashing my head or my phone...

Fair enough. Battle back and win my next match. No issues. Get back my token. Then, I win the fight, but shows 0% and lost to someone that had 32k when I was done in 30 seconds. I ended up closing the game for a bit. Alliance mate says use victory shields, but why should I have to? They aren't a free resource and I should have to use them out of fear of a bug.
I'm not a tinfoil hat, conspiracy type. It's be easy for me to say the bug only shows when you have 2 tokens and you're fighting to get promoted to the next tier. That's crazy talk. My guess is that it has something to do with a coding issue. Any way you look at it, it's really frustrating.
My point is, bugs are often phone/connection related. Have you submitted a bug report every time you're match has bugged out?
Creating threats generates awareness, both good and bad but does little to solve the problem. Reporting bugs is what really helps solve said bugs.
Also having posts like this gives Kabam a place to address these issues because, quite often, bug reports do not lead to any assurance that the issue is being addressed at all.
Last season i was about to reach gold 1 which is really a big tier for a free to play player like me with an average account and i started playing the bg i fought the opponent bt it didn't count i was even as i fought them i should be the winner bt there were no points in my match time was 0s defender hp100% and i was dead even after i knocked the defender with full health and still i lost the same thing is happening with me again in this current season also which is so frustrating.
It's like you fight, you win but we won't count your points, so you lost sorry.... It becomes so annoying when you try harder and harder to reach higher tier and end up losing at g3 or s1.
I have some screenshots also of those matches which i have played defeated the opponent bt the points weren't counted.
