It’s saying I am 98% when I did it 100% 1 spot isn’t counting even tho it’s the only way to to even do that path.

Check the bottom path, the bottom path from the starting node should lead to middle path. One of the teleporting nodes became a choice node leading to its actual path and the middle path

As countless other posts have already mentioned all month long…
Gambit path originally had 2 different portals from it (one took you to same place as the DOWN path portal still goes to).
You must have originally done both Gambit portals, without doing the DOWN path at all.

Well, they removed the 2nd Gambit portal now, but you still have to take the DOWN path, even if just for that 1 node, even though the resulting path that the DOWN portal leads to had already been done previously (reached from the now-removed Gambit 2nd portal).
