Same here. Wrote a ticket but my elder marks are gone. The step to next level gone. Very annoying game atm.

Same here - won first fight and the next 2 unable to fight and lost elder marks.

In the following fight the timer ran out but it was showing waiting for opponent and then I lost.

This has been happening to me too, I was about to get to the next tier but then lost because of this
