Units not completely added

I opened 5 alliance crystals and got 15 units but only 7 got added to the account. This is not that big a deal for the missing 8 units but hurts where a revive cannot be bought.

In order to get this looked into properly, you'll need to reach out to our Support team. To do this, select the upper gear icon in the left corner of the main MCOC screen. From there select 'Support' and you'll be taken to our ticket submission form.
