Who to Rank 5?

I just completed the eternity of pain challenges and got a mutant rank 5 gem, and I have a couple of options. I am running full suicide masteries. Any recommendations? I also have 1 awakening gem and enough sig stones to Sig 200 Immediately.

    LOL i guess none of that is going to happen. I'm taking up AA at sig 200
