AQ/AW Potions are lagging behind again

Level-4 potion is definitely not enough for the current status war, one death will consume 5 items after boost, I think the loyalty store should upgrade level-4 potions to level-5 because most attack teams are changed from 6R3+6R4 to 6R4+6R5.

    The potions need revamped all around. At this point they need to be percentage based
