    Scorpion.

    Doom, Hercules and Fury dont need it as much.

    I am also debating on my r4 between Nimrod, Falcon, Ibom, Rintrah and Magneto. Likely going with Falcon because he needs the attack boost the most.

    Ya, he is brilliant. Eventually, we both will probably r4 all our current r3s but t3a is difficult to come by and in the short term makes sense to target those champs who need the attack boost and health pool. For me that is Falcon, for you its Scorpion. Full disclosure though, i dont know a thing about Mr. Negative. I always move to the next stat level before getting him and therefore never bothered to try

    Herc gets it more than any one else. His playstyle usually is expected as to end fight after a sp2 and few basic attacks. Scorpion is good even at r2, u don't need him at r4. Doom would be insanely strong but is already perfect. Nick doesn't need r4 at all
