Her shocks don’t remove Dragon Man’s power gain buffs. Tried in several modes and practice. Never works.

    I believe it’s because it’s not a power gain buff but instead a “power charge” buff

    By that logic, Dr Strange shouldn’t be able to have his armor up removed because his description says he gains increased armor and block proficiency from his Oshtur cycle. Says nothing about gaining an armor up. Even though we all know it’s an armor up and we all know dragon man gets a power gain.

    Kabam logic. I suspect they did it to Dragonman to stop him being a Doom plaything.
