Monthly event quest

Like seriously? What’s with 2.2 in throne breaker difficulty? I’m a paragon player with 11 rank 4s and over 50 rank 3s and I can’t even complete let alone explore the quest, you used to be able to get basically the same rewards for cavalier exploration and now we’ve taken a huge step backwards in terms of rewards, I guess no more rank 4 materials for me eh?, thanks a bunch…. Oh and nice non existent side quest to top it all off, here’s some incursions instead, thanks.
