Incursion 99 room Hack Bug

Not sure if this was intended or not but when I ran duo in incursions, only one of us was able to claim the 99 room hack. We basically had to rotate every 4 rooms who got it, but shouldn’t we both be able to get it? I didn’t see anything on the page explaining new incursions event about only 1 person being able to get the new hacks, so I think this must be a bug. Any help would be appreciated!

From playing incursions in the past with a teammate. You need to go to the separate hacks for both of you to get hacks. If you both the same lane where the hacks are only one of you can claim it. This I found out from personal experience. My teammate asked me why I went to the same path as him. I said I was hoping your hacks were better then mine and he said well since only one can get the hacks it is better now for sure

OP is referring to the new structure of incursions where the rooms with the new hacks occur on a single joined path before the paths split.
The problem with your original decision is that only one player could get the hacks on either side (as opposed to the hack after the boss), and you left up linked nodes on the boss of that room that makes it a significantly harder fight. Different from the OP's point.

OP, I honestly didn't even think about this since I never run duo incursions anymore. You would think it would work like the nodes at the end of the path, but maybe it was a bug.
