incursions prompt when loading game

Has anyone else had prompts to return to the incursion in progress and the choices are go to lobby or leave party when loading the game? I've gotten this twice now (iPhone 13, latest OS) updated game version. I've not played incursions for at least 36 hours and this popped up twice today. I noticed this after a "FQ" (aka closing the app normally when done playing, not to save a life 
). Either way, not super annoying just odd that the game thinks I'm in an active incursion.
