Revive Farming Advice

I'm trying to stock up on revives lately, and the internet has plenty to offer when it comes to great revive farming paths. However, I'm quite short on energy refills, and I don't really want to grind for hours on end in arenas. Just wanted to ask what the most energy effective revive farming method is, any advice would be helpful.

6.2.6 best quest to farm revives.

5.3.6 for refills. U usually can get into a plus on that quest and pick up some revives along the way.
With the extra refill you go to 2.2.6 which has much more revives.

Act 3 has many revives! I’ve explored and it solved my revive problem for a while.
