One question, if you were expelled from the alliance in the last war but you contributed throughout the season, do you still receive prizes? Is it necessary to send mail to kabam? what email would it be?

    For all alliance rewards across all game modes you must be in the alliance at the time of reward distribution. Since you were removed from the alliance you will not receive rewards. There are cases where Kabam has issued rewards to players that were removed from their alliance prior to the end of the season, but you must submit a ticket explaining the situation. This is not a guarantee, but at this point would be your only chance at receiving rewards.

    you have to contact support after rewards are sent.

    Hit the gear icon in game and scroll down and hit the green support button. Submit a ticket through there once the season has concluded.
