Passively Special Bugged

Passively Special in EQ 3.2 is bugged (and everywhere else I've encountered it). They're not transferring on successful parry as intended. This is a screenshot of the video, Moon Knight had x4 Prowess before & after the Parry. Posting this to see how many others are experiencing it. Submitting a support ticket now.

    Perfect block/parry special attack hits says node description if i remember correctly not normal parry.

    The node states "After launching a Special attack, defender gains +1 Passive Prowess for each hit that was blocked. If the Attacker performs a well-timed block, they gain this prowess instead." So, the well-timed block has to be during said Special attack?

    It has to be during the special attack.
