Is Zemo going into a featured?

This suggests Zemo is only going to go to the basic pool. Should I expect him in a featured any time soon? Saving lots of crystals lol

I understand where the question is coming from, but unless Kabam changes something drastically, Zemo is a featured champ in the next featured crystal.
It releases May 16, 2023 and runs till August 21, 2023. Beneath is the champ list.

There’s 24 champs in a featured crystal, so while 20 is a good number it still falls short of a literal guarantee, let alone any consideration for the powers of RNG.
