I have a tech awakening gem ready to be used so what u guys think? And do they need their signature?

stark spidey -good utlity and better to awaken since he's awakened ability gives him more chance to crit
Hulkbuster- good champ doesn't need awakening gem but can be hard to play with a bit
You should rank up one of those two
Iron iw isn't as great as both of them
